Scuba Diving in Um El Sid

Located 7 km south of Dahab. Um Sid is a less known, less dived dive site, due to the stronger currents which may be experienced here. You will descend down the sandy slope to some impressive Gorgonians and table corals home to Lemon Gobies, which start at around 18 meters, then turn north along a magnificent reef wall. You can find Turtles, Bighorn Nembrotha Nudibranchs, Napoleons, Garden Eels, Red Sea Walkmen, Giant Pufferfish, Rays and occasionally some Dolphins.
