Description
On the south western corner of Menjangan Island Bali, the Pos 1 dive site (presumably named as “Position 1” – the first discovered dive site), starts with a very shallow reef but then drops away abruptly as a vertical wall. There is not much to see on top for snorkelers, but plenty for divers between 10 to 28 metres.
There are spectacular corals with interesting crevices, fissures and small caves along the reef. The coral is beautiful with a lots of sea fans. A very good dive site in Bali for beginners and for more experienced divers. Bull shark and whale shark have been spotted here. This place has been recommended for night diving experience.
