Scuba Diving in Abu Lou Lou

Description
The reef is located close to the Hilton Hotel and has an easy entry over the sand. The dive begins by swimming over the Sea Grass, where large Green Turtles can often be seen, before exploring the reef itself. The reef begins on 5m and ends on 26m, with a few smaller pinnacles located deeper.

The whole reef is a cleaning station, so most fish species congregate here, including Lion Fish in large numbers, Stone Fish and Scorpion Fish. If you take time to explore the reef, you will find cleaner shrimps tucked down inside every hole, as well as numerous Moray Eels and Octopus. Baby Freckled Frogfish can be found here, well hidden in holes, if you look carefully enough. On the return to the exit, you may find Sea Horses, Hairy Pygmy Pipehorses and Ghost Pipefish in the shallow Sea Grass.
