Scuba Diving in Ras Abu Soma

Ras Abu Soma is located near the southeast tip of a large outcrop area of coastline known as Ras Abu Soma off Soma Bay. This dive site is located about 45 minutes from Safaga. The entrance is decorated by a bunch of giant sea fans with its swarm of colorful swallowtail seaperch, 15 meters higher there is a sandy plateau littered with hard coral formations. You may meet a turtle or a big fish-balloon.
